2012 VOLUNTEER APPLICATION REQUIRED All managers, asst. coaches, team parents,  volunteers or workers who have repetitive contact with players are required to turn in  a Volunteer Application and a copy of a valid photo ID.  The league will run a background check and once it's completed, you'll be notified when you're ok'd to volunteer/ work through SHLL.
